Good day fellas!

So I have flown with the Saitek Yoke and Throttle Quadrant setup for the past few years, and there is a glitch/problem that has been plaguing me so much, I need to fix it. Now. Since all of the support hours close early PST, and I live in the west coast, this is where I have to come for answers. 

So what would happen is, the quadrant sticks (all of them) will be between 0-40 and it would start jumping ALL OVER THE PLACE. This is the pain in the rear when it comes to taxing/approach, cause I would want it at about 25%, and it would jump all over the place and end up at 100%

I have all the Saitek drivers installed.

So if there is a hardware problem? Do I need to try to call them and get a replacement?
