OPC still isn´t working

First ran the 777 wonderful, even the OPC has worked.

Three weeks ago, an error occurred with the OPC. After I started the OPC, only got the message "Loading Products" and then nothing happened.

I got from Ryan a new log file, but that did not help.

Now I have completely uninstalled the 777, downloaded the latest version and then installed. But the error happens next, the OPC will not start.

Now I can not even install liveries!!!

My guess is the error is related to Windows. I am using Windows 7 Home 64-bit German. Maybe an Windows Update doen´s work with the OPC?

Can anyone help? Ryan no longer responds to my e-mails so far.

Submit a support ticket at the support site. They will respond but sometimes takes a few days. I know it's a nuisance but I think they are busy after release.
