Scenery Issue

I am getting this at London Gatwick, anyone have any ideas why?

I edited my .cfg according to the Avsim hardware/software guide with these entries:

[GRAPHICS]

TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=4096

[DISPLAY]

UPPER_FRAMERATE_LIMIT=30

LOD_RADIUS=4.500000

[DISPLAY]
WideViewAspect=True

[Main]
FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.2

UIAutomationCore.dll placed in the FSX root folder

I have edited some of them, such as the bandwidth (setting it back to its default), but no change.
