I am from Poland and the space of two weeks, I have a problem with downloading weather, "NO CONNECTION" , look

Did this issue start for you two weeks back or you only noticed it then? It looks like you are blocked out by their latest network security upgrade, so if you hold valid licence, I suggest you open ticket with HiFi.

At this time there are no known connection issues for authorized customers, but we have implemented increased security to prevent unauthorized connections.
