December 2, 200421 yr Has anyone created any profiles to use the SpeedPad in FS9? I am just getting back into the series after a long lapse and would like a starting point to try this controller out. Thanks for any info.BTW, here's a link to the product.http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage...oduct_Id=157024
December 2, 200421 yr I have.. I use the Left most keys as toggles for things like.Red - Radar Contact commandsGreen - View commandsBlue - Aircraft commandsetc.....I have found that I can paste an image of the controlleron a spread sheet and then list each command in tables above thepicture the easiest way to remember what keys do what...I find this controller easier to deal with than my keyboard, since it is on a slide out drawer, that I can't slide out when the yoke isattatched to the desktop.
December 3, 200421 yr The N52 is an excellent device to use for trim. That's primarily what I use it for because the wheel feels almost like the real trim wheel on a Cessna. You get that "feel" like you would in a real airplane because it gives you a somewhat general idea of how much trim you've applied. I know in reality you would feel pressure relief on the control yoke but even with the N52 I can get somewhat of a mental image of approximately how much trim I've applied so I find it quite useful in FS2004.
