I've been trying to buy the Triple seven since Sunday, I got an Error 4 with a message that said to contact PMDG. I sent two support tickets and messages to PMDG with no reply. I'm beginning to think that they don't want me to buy it!

Sometimes they cannot get back to you within this time however. I don't know their policy but being a US-based company they may have gotten Columbus Day [monday!] off. I'm not aware if this is correct but Ryan may be able to clear it up
