VC NNumber

Featured Replies

I'm trying to make my own livery and I am almost finished, one of the last things it to change the registration shown underneath the PFD/ND. Can someone help me out on how to get this working? so far i've only come up with blank results.

I'm probably doing something wrong with either the layers or when saving the file.

Cheers,

Make sure you have the latest file for the paintkit.  The earlier version didn't have the file in it.  It's named PMDG_777_VC_NNumber.psd.

Yes I have the latest on with the PMDG_777_VC_NNumber.psd. I editted the alpha layer with the registration I want, but I dont have a clue what to do next.

I always thought the Alpha was for the shine to the texture, and not the texture itself.  Then again, the last time I actually painted something, I was using DXTBmp and some random paint program my PC came with back in 2000...

Richard Sennett (among others, but he's the only name I know off the top of my head at the moment) will know if you want to send him a PM.  Check the Livery Ability thread in this subforum.  He's posted in there a bunch and you can find him and PM him from one of those posts.
