Floats, water, effect, low FPS

Hi all.

 

After I got the Twin Otter Extended, great aircraft by the way. I notice one thing.

when moving on water, and the "splash" effect is shown, the FPS drops heavily.

 

Is it possible to do anything about it?

I don't feel like lowering settings since its only this effect.

 

Suggestions?
