So I can't seem to get the AP Disconnect alert to shut up. On the ground I can clear the warn message fine, but when flying the message doesn't seem to be clearing.

There was a topic on this a few weeks ago. It's on the FMC in EQUIPMENT and shut be a LSK on there. Sorry for the vague description.

Map the PMDG key assignment for the disconnect. Press disconnect once, wait at least 1.5 seconds (IIRC) and press again...it will stop.
