Wonder why i can t hear the Rotate annoucement.

It's an airline option:

 

- Either fly a different livery that has the call

- or edit the airline's options (via the operations center or via the airline's settings provided in the CDU)

It's an option that you can enable/disable.
 

Under the FMC:

PMDG Setup > Options > Simulation Page 3 LSK 4L
