First & foremost, this is an excellent setup. My question is i do have a Creative X-Fi sound card installed on my PC and having a separate USB creative sound card as mentioned, would it conflict with my existing sound card? I do understand that the Buttkicker is supposed to be connected to the sub woofer thus creating the rumble but will it also gives the same or better effect when connected to the external USB sound card?

Installing a seperate sound card would not cause a problem, they are seperate devices so would not cause any conflict. The ButtKicker would be wired directly into the USB sound card output so the sub woofer would not be used at all. Only the audio out signal from the USB sound card would be needed for the ButtKicker, the recommended SB X-Fi Go PRO USB sound card has adequate bass response to be used as a dedicated audio control device for ButtKicker.
