Runway centreline rattle/vibration

Today after take off the vibration/rattle normally experienced when front wheel runs over centreline continued after take off and the only way to get of it was to reload the aircraft with subsequent FMC reprogramming, etc. I know this may not be T7 related and could happen with other aircraft, but if anyone knows why this happens and an easy solution, I would very much appreciate it.
