When I taking off, then normally you used to fold the gears.

But when I push the ''G'' on the keyboard nothing happens.

And in my virtual cockpit I see the gear lever is going up and down but the wheels not...

What can I do?

Ensure the "Show Advanced Animations" box is ticked in the FSX settings.

Also, make sure you don't have the 777 set as your default aircraft in FSX.  This can cause problems.  Loading one livery, and then changing liveries with the same aircraft can also cause issues.  This is described in greater detail in the intro manual.
