November 30, 201312 yr Through the years I have enjoyed many of the IRIS products and when I tried finding updates to my many aircraft I ran into problems with the many retailers I had bought IRIS Products through. I sent a message to them explaining my situation and left it at that. A number of months passed and I heard no word but then one day I received an email apologizing for the lack of response to my email. I was told that my email had fallen through the cracks and that to make up for the error that they would give me unlimited access to any and all of their products at no charge. Here is a screen shot of the receipt of the aircraft that were complimentary from IRIS to me. They went beyond what my expectations and I am completely satisfied. Just wanted everyone to know how IRIS treats their customers. Norm
