Hello,

 

I've had problems today buying the NGX with my Visa Debit card today. Everytime i try it cancels my transaction, I have enough money on my account.

 

What to do?

Assuming debit card is in the payments list ...

 

I would call the VISA 800 cust service and they will tell you why it was declined.

 

I had it happen once .. and learned my card account was closed .. because of detected fraud on internet.
