Tuning tips

Recommended Posts

This has been mentioned in the general forum, but it should be noted here. P3D v2 put some information in the programs section of Windows. Go to the Start menu, and click on All Programs and then find and click on Lockheed Martin. Then click Prepar3D/Learning Center/Prepar3D Product/Tuning Guide. There is a list of changes you can make to the file Prepar3d.cfg that really can make a significant difference in performance, at least it did for me.

As always, only make the changes if you are comfortable playing around with .cfg files, and make a copy of the original file before you change anything!
