Active Camera slow?

Featured Replies

Ive been waiting most of the day for my activation code and have emailed them twice to no avail. They still exist? at anticyclone.be ??Or are they always slow and I should just be patient?I did notice though that my account at Paypal paid the bill.allen

Sir,you got a reply early this morning (7 hours after your request - time zone difference). No Paypal transaction has been recorded to [email protected] re-checked right now, so far no Paypal payment has been made by you. Please send me a copy of the Paypal notification and reference to [email protected] so I can ask Paypal what is going wrong.Regards,

Allen,Don't worry about Active Camera and Serge. His support is fantastic and I promise you he will get it sorted out. You will love the program by the way. I can't do without it.

Allen,I received your clarification regarding the Paypal transaction and I thank you. All is OK now (Paypal - SWREG delay for notification), the activation code has been sent you one hour ago.Regards,

Make note that this situation has been nicely taken care of by the Active Camera people, Serge I heard/...For reference:I highly recommend this product and they (active camera team) are not usually slow, just my case a bit different, but they will bend over backwards to get it through, as best he can without prejudiceAllen Lavignemerry xmas all

Allen,Just wanted to also say that Serge and his Active Camera product are both outstanding. Despite the time zone difference, Serge has ALWAYS been very prompt and helpful!JerryG
