When I pick the liveries that I want for the 737, I open the Livery Manager, click on browse but can never find my downloads. That open browse window doesn't seem to go into complete detail of my folders. I have clicked the open hidden folders . What's the best way to get around this problem?

When you download a file, there should be a downloads folder.  What browser are you using?  You should copy the livery to the PMDG folder.  I am not home at the moment so cant check, otherwise I would.
