Why a decrease in fps now ?

I have made some testflights (my PC info updated) in DX9 and with the commercial DX10 fixer. I can see that in DX10 there are always a little lower fps.

I wonder why because with my old Phenom II X4 + GTX650 the opposite were the case. I saw a significant increase in fps.
