API.DLL!Ordinal307+0x14a6 is killing my fps

Hi, You know this issue i still have with undocking panels in DX10 i have found that the CPU jumps in load from 35 to 75% all the time and when i anylyze it in FSX.EXE:4636 Properties i can see the above is present twice and jumbs from 0.19% CPU to 2X24.90% . Everytime it goes up there my fps drops and after a while (5-30 seconds) it goes back to normal and then repetaing the pattern.

So what does this process do when undocking panels ? I know this is really tech stuff but it only effects my fps in DX10 when undocking panels and make it useless undocking panels :-)
