St. Martins Mesh level issue

I have an issue with my Fly Tampa St. Martins mesh. If I start a flight on the runway the aircraft is sunken in the ground. If I take off everything seems to be floating but I can still see the strip and airport.. Is there a way to level everything out? I have reloaded the scenery and still same issue.
