I was wondering if there is any "tweaking" that has to be done to the FS9.cfg file in order to get these textures to display properly...I am asking because I get this "bubble effect" that follows my plane, where the textures look great for a couple of miles around the aircraft but look terrible/blurred outside this "bubble" and towards the horizon.I

I don't think it has anything to do with the textures you use. Check the textures range in: Settings - Display. You should have Textures size: High, and checked the box where says Extended terrain textures. In case you don't, set them as I say and your bubble will be much bigger.If that doesn't work I'd bet it is something with your VC. Make sure you have the last drivers for it.Hope this helps,Leo
