December 20, 201312 yr So I'm thinking that the safest route would be to completely remove Nvidia Inspector from my system Afaik NI does nothing if you don't use it. Removing it does nothing either. NI does its magic on the nVidia profiles themselves 'behind the scenes' so if you simply remove NI (which doesn't even have to be installed so all you can do is delete the NI folder) every setting you've made will still be active in the system! If you want to undo everything you have to reinstall the nVidia drivers and make sure that you enable the 'clean install' option: afaik only that will completely remove everything you have done with NI. (Anyone correct me if I am wrong, please!)
December 20, 201312 yr Thanks Noel. So I'm thinking that the safest route would be to completely remove Nvidia Inspector from my system until it is DX11 ready and just use the Nvidia control panel for any adjustments. Do you agree? Howard Have a read of this thread and you will see that nVidia Inspector does work and is essential for a lot of systems. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/429212-aa-workaround-for-nvidia-cards/ gb. YSSY.
