December 20, 201312 yr Hi I have never had problems before in submitting a support ticket, Tonight though when I clicked on the green submit button I was immediately taken back to the ticket/home page. I have checked that I have correctly filled out all sections of the ticket. I have also copied and saved the body of the ticket, which I can forward to PMDG. There is no sign of my new ticket on my ticket history page. I have tried about four times but don't want to try again in case I end up accidentally flooding PMDG with tickets. I will try again later or if there is another way of forwarding the information ie by email I can do that. Regards Nixon Thomas

December 20, 201312 yr How did you fix it? This happened to me when the 777 was released and I never found a way round it. Bill Casey
