Anyone have a small/mid tower pc lying around?

If you've seen my corrupted OS thread you'd know my secondary "charts" PC is dead.  I'm looking for a new one preferably free that you need to get rid of (I'll pay shipping) or really cheap (I don't want to spend more than 100 with shipping)

I've got a few possible options but wondering if anyone really needs to get rid of theirs hehe?

It can be the most basic of basic, but needs to have a nic/onboard  and some form of optical drive.  I don't need sound either.  integrated graphics is fine...  something 2004 and later would be fine.
