2D/3D panels trim indicator reversed CLS747

I am seeing this in the CLS747 and wonder if it occurs in any other aircraft (so posting here rather than CLS forum).

 

Push the stab trim lever forward (it moves the same way in both the 2D and 3D panels) and the trim pointer moves forward in the 3D panel but backwards in the 2D panel. Additionally, if you have tool tips turned on, the reading of the trim achieved when hovering over the trim lever is completely different in the 2D and 3D panels.

 

Anyone else see this on  the CLS 747 or any other aircraft?
