Weather settings to practice IFR

It seems to be I cannot simulate full IMC weather.

I use the Sim to practice IFR but when I setup the weather, it doesnt put me inside the clouds.

I setting the weather and visibility at cruise alt , but no luck.

 

Any tips for making a good setup?
