Suggest you contact PMDG via their support ticket system :

In order to resolve this particular issue, you will need to get assistance from PMDG.  This is available to anyone who has purchased their software through the official channels.

 

Oh, and if you want to post more in this forum, it would be good if you could sign with your name.  That's a forum rule and I'm just informing you politely - before someone else does and a bit more bluntly :rolleyes: .

Nice job Emile.  Even though not remembering his email used for the purchase sounds a little off-putting.
