Ma'am,

 

In order to get help- it is best to follow the forum guidelines posted here.  They require your signature in all posts.

 

Following those guidelines would allow me to help you because I would know who you are- and I could go looking for your order.

 

Also:  The best way to get assistance with an order related issue is to visit http://support.precisionmanuals.com

 

Paypal is notoriously problematic- so they probably have your order held for security review...  One of us will take a look at it if you open a ticket via the support system.  Sometimes we get answers from PayPal right away- other times they take days...
