Hello all,

 

Recently noticed a strange problem with the heading on the NGX. For it to be on the correct heading, the selected heading must be 10 more than the actual heading. It's quite difficult to explain, but I think the attached screenshot sums it up. Any ideas on what might be causing it?

So the heading on, say, an ATC radar would show as the 145 I was assigned, even if the ND was tracking me as 135?

ATC radar only sees ground track. The nose can be pointing anywhere, but ATC Radar and your ND show track.
