January 1, 200521 yr I enjoy the payware Flight1 421 visually, but I can't fly it with the included GPS. Supposedly you can either purchase the Reality XP GPS or INSTALL THE DEFAULT FS9 GPS into the panel somewhere. Has anyone done this, and exactly how is it done? If you have done it, can I get a step-by-step procedure for it? Stan
January 1, 200521 yr Its easy :) I did exactly the same thing when I added the FS9 GPS to a panel that came without it.>>> Back up your panel.cfg and keep it somewhere safe <<<
January 1, 200521 yr Nevin.Thank you so much. It worked PERFECTLY. I now enjoy my 421 for the first time, really. Did exactly as you said, and I had a default GPS OVER the one that was there. It looked fine. Had a great flight to test it (about 90 miles) and I shot the ILS right on the numbers. Thanks again. It's great having simmers such as you to give advice to us who need it. I hope I can be of some small help in the future.

But it would take some mega-patience!We feel uncomfortable on long-haul flights in airliners...where we can get up, walk around, watch a film, go to the toilet...dont ask me how they pulled off a flight of that duration in a bomber!
