Browsing around on newegg just for giggles. Has anyone taken the gamble on one of the new ATI cards? If so, thoughts?

I have 2 of the R9 290x cards in my new system (Sapphire Tri-X OC model...factory overclocked and real cooling) but I have yet to test them for anything flight sim related.  I will probably be putting P3D on this system since they will eventually support SLI/Crossfire.  Once I get free time I'll report back, at least with the single card performance.  I also run 3 monitors in eyefinity.
