Hi, I'm just starting to get back into FSX after a few years, and I am looking to build a computer with a budget of about $1500.  I am curious to see if this will be a good computer for FSX.

 

CPU: i5 4670k, 3.40ghz

 

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 w/ DDR3 1600, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit LAN, CrossFireX

 

Memory: G.SKILL RipjawsX Series 8GB PC3-12800 Dual Channel DDR3 Kit (2 x 4GB)

 

Hard drive: Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD SATA III w/ 64MB Cache

 

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO Series Solid State Drive, SATA III, 2.5", 120GB

 

Video Card: eVGA GeForce GTX 770 SuperClocked 2GB PCI-E w/ ACX Cooler, Dual DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort

 

PSU: Antec High Current Gamer 620W Modular Power Supply

 

Any suggestions on how to make it better?

I just built a new FSX PC. You're going to need a case. Take a look at the Rosewill Blackhawk. Lots of cooling, good cable management, good HDD and SDD handling.
