January 15, 201412 yr I'm painting the PMDG 737 NGX series in my VA's livery. I can't seem to get the night tail textures on the 800 to work even though those very same textures work just fine on the 600 and 700 variants. The whole vertical stabilizer lights up. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.... Bill Alderson
January 18, 201412 yr From my personal experience, you have to save the alpha channels in Photoshop as a BMP when you goto turn the .png to .dds, import the alpha .bmp you have just created. -C

So you use DTX to BMP first? And then edit the alpha in Photoshop? Because that will automatically save the alph as a BMP for editing. BTW, do I do all this while wearing a funny hat or do I need to make a human sacrifice first? I guess I'll never understand how the very same textures can work just fine on the 700 and 600 but not the 800. Bill Alderson
