I downloaded a EH101 Helicopter ( Freeware ). Everything is working fine except some of the camera views. The external views not showing the bottom half of the fuselage. I'm using EZDOC Cameras.

Possibly that view is a VC view: Some models (actually most, I believe) have separate VC and exterior models to save ressources on your computer. If you are now in VC view, the exterior model is not shown, unless you  set up a camera outside of the actual VC model, which migth cause your issue.

If that is not the cause, this could also be one of the missing HIGHMEMFIX=1 entries in the FSX.cfg
