When I am on sites with multiple images (BBC), and I scroll up or down, there is a line across my screen that I seem to be "jumping" over.

Also have flashing and shimmering on a fresh install of FSX.

Setup as per Nick's bible for optimization.

Games graphics (COD), and videos youtube are not affected though, so I have no idea what to look at or for.

Any help would be appreciated.
