January 21, 201412 yr Do you have it all, or is it an ongoing project?... you seem to have a vast amount. I only have the UK and Ireland, Hawaii, and So Cal... do you have any recommendations for 'must-have' packages, that are of outstanding quality?

Always on going. Must have scenery would be MSE 2 all the western states that surround the breakup of the Colorado Plateau. France VFR Rhone Alps and Switzerland Professional. The highest quality photoscenery would be Earth Simulations and VFR Generation X, their attention to detail will show you every beach and shallow water channel in the UK. HLJAMES
January 21, 201412 yr Where do you get the Sim Savvy photoscenery? Google searches are not yielding any sources. Ted [email protected] ghz, Noctua C12P CPU air cooler, Asus Z77, 2 x 4gb DDR3 Corsair 2200 mhz cl 9, EVGA 1080ti, Sony 55" 900E TV 3840 x 2160, Windows 7-64, FSX, P3dv3, P3dv4

My bad, for missing out Darren and Vicky's amazing work... I do have some ES scenery (screenshoted for them years ago), but not currently installed, and am not sure what the current compatibility is like with other products and P3Dv2.... I have all the GenX stuff too, and beta tested + screens for them too, back in the day. The France VFR and Switzerland Professional is very appealing... I love the dramatic, so mountains are always welcome. I have about 400GB free on my FS drive, so have room for a bit more photoreal... I assume these are photoscenery products?
January 21, 201412 yr Author Where do you get the Sim Savvy photoscenery? Google searches are not yielding any sources. Sim Savvy was just a marketing name used by Larry Woodson who now is developing for MSE. Sat Africa does not have a high enough resolution to be sold as a stand alone product. Because of the extreme contrast of the Sahara desert it looks good from about 30000ft. HLJAMES
January 21, 201412 yr It does look good at that. Photoscenery seems like it would provide very interesting high altitude site seeing. Unfortunately the MSE stuff is way above my budget. I'll just have to settle for viewing your great screenshots. Even if the compatibility issues were resolved for all the simulations storage performance and capacity issues would prevent large scale photoscenery usage. It does look good at that. I see you are from Colorado.....MSE 2 Colorado has magnificent color and detail HLJAMES
