had this issue from the start with the 777 finally got round to a fresh re install done according to official correct pmdg procedure yet problem still persists.

 

basically the engines wind cot off after I pull the cut off switches in the vc. the only thing that happens is the engine display appears to shut down but there is still power and sound and thrust.

 

the only way I can get the engines to properly shut down is repeated use of control shift f1 keys and numeruous presses only will work

 

 

anyone have any suggetions?

Are you running your thrttles thru FSUIP?

 

If so it's mentioned in the manual on how to setup your throttles?

thanks Chris it does appear that fsuipc was the cause . the only problem is my control software doesn't have any way of calibrating the throttles particularly for the reverse thrust element hense why I used fsuipc in the first place so im not really sure what to do now to solve this
