I remember back in the day a camera plugin that actually let you walk around the airport, and added hotkeys and head bobbing and all sorts of goodness. What Camera system for FSX do people use today?

Well ORBX has Bob I think its called that let's you walk around FSX. It takes the place of an aircraft - meaning you select it in the aircraft menu.

 

Then there's OPUS and EZdok for the actual camera/head effect simulation
