January 27, 201412 yr I am having trouble adding a banner using IE 11. I have also tried compatibility mode. Under IE 11, I enter the URL and the dialog box just freezes. I can't select "ok" or "cancel". So nothing at all happens. I then tried compatibility mode to add a banner to my signature but the icons are all gone? All I can do is enter some text.
