February 4, 201412 yr Dear Community Sorry to bother here I try since 4 weeks to reactivate my PMDG 737 NGX.My old computer broke down,have a new one-new FSX Install-->tried to reinstall NGX and 600/700 extension.So the product code does not fit to the install exe's anymore(although all the originall ones) .So I need new codes and or new downloads I tried Mail in PMDG Product support-->3 times Mail to PMDG site administrator PM to Admin here Nothing worked yet As I am in a very different time zone phone is an issue too. Can somebody be so kind to point me to a working solution-I really like to use the NGX again Best regards Roland
February 4, 201412 yr You need to send a support ticket in by going to this site http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx you need to register first since its a different password etc than the one you use in here the forum.
