News Item: Would it be possible to post the following in community news as an initial announcement to help with early registration efforts and then follow that up with an event calendar entry that (as you mention above) will show up again later as the event nears?

 

FLIGHT SIM CON 2014

 

With the initial success of the launch event last year, this years Flight Sim Con 2014 will take things up a notch!

 

It's been great to watch the popularity and success of flight sim conferences outside the US. And, with the second year of Flight Sim Con we are now seeing the beginning of the same here in the US.

 

It all takes place June 7th & 8th 2014

 

This years Flight Sim Con will be held at the New England Air Museumon the grounds of Bradley International Airport KBDL and will include exhibits, breakout presentations, and a LAN Party providing FAA grade virtual ATC and flight opportunities for attendees.

 

 

 

The theme this year is Sim Pit Building so, in addition to attending, if you are a pit builder and would like a chance to put your work on display there will be opportunities as long as space is available.
