As a ramp agent at LGW I can confirm that they certainly do, not so commonly as the 737 though.

Looking at fleet numbers they have 23 737NGs and 16 757s in service amongst 767s and the obvious new 787 fleet. So, not so as many 757s as the NG fleet. I see close to 1/3, perhaps 1/2 of the fleet daily at Gatwick.
