My first ever OOM

I was flying my from KHPN to KBOS in the stock Carenado when somewhere near PUT I got the first OOM I have ever gotten in either FSX or P3D v2,x. The autogen sliders for both buildings and vegetation were maxed out, mesh only set at 10 meters. Building shadows were on but vegetation shadows were off. I was over forested terrain. 

What a shame. Otherwise 2.1 has seemed a definite improvement to me (except for the gps not working in some third party planes, but that is another issue).
