I'm totally new to flying jets and I've been wondering about the elevator trim in the Epic Victory.

I only see a switch that can be switched on and off, but no trim wheel, no setting indicator or anything that gives me any clue to how this works in this aircraft.

My trim wheel does get response, but very coarse, so I'm not sure if it is indeed connected to the right control function.

 

Can someone please explain how trimming this aircraft works?
