Is it possible for FS9 to appear to be running fast in 1x mode. I get the impression that everything has speeded up. Strange !!Andrew.*:-*

I never had this happen but others appear to have had it happen. I installed FS9 (and FS2002 at an earlier time) on a Dell 1.2 Pentium 3 a while back, and both ran too slow, like it took the default 737-400 1 min 20 sec to lift off instead of the more normal 40 sec or so. The whole thing appeared to be in slow motion. The only solution seemed to use a faster computer so I bought one. I have no idea whether certain computer settings could have fixed it. I emailed MS Support about it but never got a reply.
