TFFG Freeware Airport Flickering

Most of my freeware airports work great in dx10 mode, but TFFG (Grand Case) by Valladier Jean Louis has flickering runways, runway markngsi and numbers.

 

It's a nice airport that completes my St. Marteen Island. Does anyone know how to convert textures or bgls to eradicate these flashing, flickering runway and parking area.

 

I've contacted the dev, but never heard from him.

Thank you for your prompt response. I had no idea where to begin. If you can provide a link with a guide, that would be great.

 

As soon as I can, I will check to see which file I need to convert. The scenery is designed for FSX, but probably not for dx10. I might have to create a new AFCAD.

 

I'll let you know how it goes.

I know how you feel Jose. I love this little airport but I have never been able to fix it up. Moreover it would be nice to delete the crash boxes at the tips of the runway.

I fixed TFFG by deleting the problematic BGL file and creating a new AFCAD. Now the airport does not flicker.

 

This video makes me want to move to St. Marteen.

You're right, Jose - I didn't see any flicker, but the water doesn't look very real :db: ..... same with all the screen shaking and stuff..
