Black cursor when FSX load 90%

I just reinstalled my copy of FSX\Gold into my Medion computer which came back from repairs now for the 4th time.

 

It all went well until i loaded FSX and then realized the cursor turns Black when the sim loads passed 90% and stays Black after that. I don't know what Medion has done to it as the repair report is very poor,it went for repairs for ahardware issue with the USB but they seem to have formatted the HD ( This is not specified)!

 

I was told by a Medion supporter to untick Automatic Updates ???

 

Can anyone help?
