FSX Texture Shimmers - Please HELP!

I've followed all of the guides out there, trying to figure out how to get rid of the texture shimmering and occasional building texture flashes.  I've ensured my settings for nvidia inspector match, and same for the fsx.cfg.  My system:  i5 4670k,, 16GB RAM, 760 GTX, WIN-7 64 BIT Latest NVIDIA drivers.  Using FSX Opus and REX texture direct.  I can't stop the shimmering no matter what AA I set in nvidia inspector.  Specifically the auto-gen (shimmer/flash/blinking/etc) please help!!!  I'm so close to having FSX run how I want it to.
