February 27, 201412 yr Commercial Member There should be links in the store for Extended Download Service for each product you need it for. Purchase that, and then follow the directions to get things re-activated. Once you re-download everything, I'd suggest burning it all to a CD, or putting it all on an external drive to avoid having to re-download in the future. Kyle Rodgers
February 27, 201412 yr Author Thank you for your prompt reply and help. I see avsim members are as helpful as I remember in the past, I've gotten a lot of problems solved reading here. As luck would have it I managed to locate the external drive I had all my files backed up on. Everything is resolved, thank you again for your response. Monty Rockwood
